Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky put on a loved-up display as they waited for a car to pick them up from the Oscars on Monday night.

In a video shared to TikTok by Entertainment Weekly, the Thor actor, 40, cheekily touched his wife’s pert bottom as they waited to be picked up.

While standing at the front of the venue, the Hollywood star wrapped his muscular arm around Elsa, 47, before covering her shoulders with his jacket and touching her bottom.

Elsa put on an eye-popping display as she flashed her ample cleavage and abs in a daring cut-out white gown with sequin trim.

The revealing dress also showcased the mother-of-three’s muscular back and arms.

Chris also bucked tradition by wearing a black tuxedo with an open white shirt and no bow tie.

The dress code for the Oscars is white tie, with women required to wear floor-length evening gowns, while men should wear tailcoats, white bowties and wingtip collars.

Earlier in the night, the couple were seen kissing and cuddling as they posed for photos on the red carpet.

The pair flew to Los Angeles from their home base in Byron Bay last week.

Elsa previously revealed that she and Chris have a very simple trick for keeping their marriage happy and healthy – laughter.

Speaking to Hola! magazine in 2021, she said that the Thor actor has a knack for diffusing any argument with a joke.

‘We enjoy doing the same stuff and Chris has a great sense of humour and knows how to take the sting out of things,’ she said.

‘He always makes me and the kids laugh or when I’m angry, he tells a joke to lighten the mood. Humour counts for a lot. More than anything, I enjoy laughing with him.’

The pair were married in 2010, and have three children – daughter India, 12, and twin sons, Tristan and Sasha, 10.
