Singer Dua Lipa is also starting to conquer the fashion industry. Her red carpet looks have gotten her on all the “Best Dressed” lists.
She recently made her runway debut, with opening and closing the Versace show during Fashion Week. Lipa also posted a new look of hers while in London. She wore a small, тιԍнт black dress, with a sheer neckline, and sequin flowers, showing off her peтιтe body.
Lipa makes sure to exercise regularly, even with her busy schedule. She revealed in an interview with Vogue that she works out for 15 minutes each day. “It’s high-intensity interval training, but it’s so quick, it’s over before it’s even started!” Lipa’s exercises in these intervals include jumping jacks, burpees, and mountain climbers.
Another of Lipa’s favorite workouts is boxing. She says to The Urban List, “I like that it’s definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I’ve probably been in the best shape ever. It’s also a great stress reliever.”
Lipa tells that she’s always changing up her exercises. “Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting.” Lipa also says that her busy schedule impacts her workout choices, “When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting.”
Lipa makes sure to get enough protein, and one way she does so is by eating protein-rich snacks. Lipa will usually eat these snacks before she goes on stage for a performance. She tells that before she goes onstage she eats, “Bananas and cashew ʙuттer.”
Lipa isn’t afraid to treat herself once in a while, and says that she believes in moderation. “I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can,” she says to The Urban List. “I’m never one to stop myself having naughty treats, but I try and limit it to days when I’m not as busy, because if I do eat a donut it usually puts me in a food coma!”
Lipa is known for her flat stomach, which she has for a reason. Lipa says that she does a lot of exercises that target the core. She says to The Urban List, “I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!”
