The Fast & Furious franchise, which was already well-known, reached new heights with the release of Fast Five, which brought Dwayne Johnson into the series. The audience adored his and Vin Diesel’s friendship in subsequent installments like Fast & Furious 6 and Furious 7.

Johnson said on Instagram, “Some handle themselves like stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t,” in a now-deleted post. Those that don’t are too chickenshit to take action regardless. sweet asses If you think I’m not acting in some of these sequences when you see this movie in April, you’re right. My blood is actually boiling in certain scenes.

Dwayne Johnson Vin Diesel fight

This post led to one of the most talked-about feuds between two massive stars in Hollywood history. Ever since then, the two have been fighting, making up and fighting again.

After staying out of F9, The Rock had stated in an interview that he will return for the 10 and final instalment. However, earlier this year Vin’s statement about tough love left Dwayne angry and he stated in clear words, he won’t work in Fast & Furious 10.

Last month, Vin Diesel took to Instagram and made a public plea to The Rock to return to the franchise for the final instalment. Calling Johnson his younger brother, he also talked about how he is “Uncle Dwayne” to his children and taking forward the legacy of Paul Walker.

As it turns out, Dwayne Johnson didn’t give this public appeal any thought and remained steadfast in his decision to not rejoin the franchise. He even continued to criticize Diesel, calling the public pleading “an illustration of his deception.”

He added that he disapproved of Vin’s reference to Paul Walker’s passing and his children in the post.

“I was extremely startled by Vin’s recent post,” he told CNN. When Vin and I first met in person, rather than over social media, in June of last year, I told him frankly and confidentially that I would not be going back to the business. I was polite but forceful when I spoke, stating that I would always support the cast and wish the franchise well but that there was no chance of me returning. I also had private conversations with my colleagues at Universal, all of whom were incredibly understanding and helpful.

Further adding, “Vin’s recent public post was an example of his manipulation. I didn’t like that he brought up his children in the post, as well as Paul Walker’s death. Leave them out of it. We had spoken months ago about this and came to a clear understanding. My goal all along was to end my amazing journey with this incredible Fast & Furious franchise with gratitude and grace. It’s unfortunate that this public dialogue has muddied the waters. Regardless, I’m confident in the Fast universe and its ability to consistently deliver for the audience, and I truly wish my former co-stars and crew members the best of luck and success in the next chapter.”

While Dwayne has denied returning to Fast saga, he is still a part of Fast Universe with spin-off Hobbs & Shaw films.
